As CEO and Founder of Power of Purpose, Brianna leads with vision and heart—guiding the organization’s growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy. She oversees the team focused on vendor outreach and event coordination, continually exploring new ways to expand the movement. Brianna values connection and collaboration, often engaging directly with vendors to learn what supports and inspires them most in their partnership with POP.
Outside of her professional work, Brianna enjoys exploring parks and adventuring with her dog, Griffin. She is also deeply dedicated to advocacy and service through her volunteer roles as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and Special Education Surrogate Parent (SESP). In these roles, she supports children navigating foster care, family transitions, and educational challenges—ensuring their voices are heard, their rights protected, and their needs met.
Keynan Jubran
Head of Vendor Outreach & Customer Service
Keynan brings a unique blend of organization, strategy, and relationship-building to Power of Purpose. As Head of Operations & Vendor Outreach, he ensures that every event runs seamlessly while fostering strong connections with vendors who share POP’s mission of purposeful impact.
With a background in business and supply chain management, Keynan thrives at bringing structure to big ideas—turning vision into action. He is passionate about creating spaces where small businesses and communities can come together to support meaningful causes.
Outside of Power of Purpose, Keynan enjoys cooking for friends, hiking, and exploring new ways to connect people through shared experiences.
Sonia Bhate
Marketing & Partnerships Team Member
Sonia brings a passion for supply chain strategy and community impact to Power of Purpose. She helps to ensure every marketplace initiative runs seamlessly while creating meaningful opportunities for small businesses to thrive. With a background in business, finance, and event coordination, Sonia combines creativity and structure to turn big ideas into meaningful results.
Outside of Power of Purpose, you can find her under the willow trees on the Esplanade, connecting with fellow supply chain students, or catching the latest movie at her local AMC.
